There is a $50 registration fee for national service members and a $100 registration fee for all other professionals.

Please note, once you have submitted your registration you will receive confirmation of your registration and an invoice via email within 48 hours.

The KVC is not able to accept electronic payments. We do apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Payment is due within 30 days of registration and paid with non-federal funds.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and emailed to volunteer@ksde.org with "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request" in the subject line. The date of the cancellation will be the date the email is sent. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm receipt of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for registrations canceled or created after 5 pm November 1, 2017. Refunds will be issued, via check within 60 days of the cancellation request.
